  1. ① What is N Delivery?

    It is a service where Naver informs consumers of the arrival date and guarantees the arrival date in cooperation with certified logistics companies.

  2. ② What happens to consumer compensation if the arrival date is not met?

    If the arrival date is not met, Naver will provide 1,000 Naver Pay points to the consumer (Naver policy).

  3. ③ Does failure to meet the arrival date also affect the seller?

    According to Naver policy, there is no impact on sellers and no separate compensation is provided.

  4. ④ How do I use N Delivery?

    To apply for N Delivery service, apply at the Naver Smart Store Seller Center and register the code contracted with CenterStore.

  5. ⑤ Can I proceed with N Delivery for only some of the products in the entire store?

    Yes, it is possible. The Seller Center supports setting N Delivery for each product.

  6. ⑥ Can I bundle N Delivery products with regular products?

    N Delivery products can be bundled with N Delivery products, but cannot be bundled with regular products.

  7. ⑦ Which courier service does N Delivery use?

    We provide N Delivery using CJ Logistics.

  8. ⑧ What is the outbound time for N Delivery?

    Orders placed by 18:00 on Sunday to Friday (excluding Saturday) are shipped on the same day.

  9. ⑨ How do I cancel after ordering N Delivery products?

    N Delivery is delivered to CenterStore immediately upon order from Naver, and outbound proceeds immediately. Separate costs are incurred if canceled at each stage.

    • Before order confirmation and outbound: Free cancellation is possible by consulting with the CenterStore delivery manager. However, the possibility is low because order confirmation occurs within 20 minutes after order receipt.
    • Cancellation during outbound: Outbound costs and round-trip costs are incurred. Consumables may be charged if reuse is not possible.
    • Cancellation during delivery: Cancellation is not possible and must be processed as a return.

  10. ⑩ Is the service paid?

    N Delivery is a program that guarantees arrival dates, and customers must pay an additional 130 KRW that CenterStore pays to CJ Logistics.
